At Balanzs we offer many classes every day, 7 days a week,  for all levels. We welcome every one of all ages, fitness levels and yoga experience into our community. In addition to having classes suitable for all levels you can also find a beginners course on our schedule. This is a great way to get acquainted with the different styles of yoga.

At Balanzs Yoga & More you will find a variety of classes, including some unique classes in the Netherlands. Balanzs teaches Hot Yoga l The Barkan Method and Hot Flow.

Vinyasa Yoga

A dynamic sequence of postures that synchronizes breath with movement and integrates awareness and alignment, as well as strength and flexibility. Sequencing may include sun salutations, standing, arm balancing, inverted, and seated postures.

Yin/Yang Yoga

The perfect balance of strength and flexibility to instil a sense of energy and peace. This class begins with a Yang practice (a Vinyasa Flow) to invigorate and strengthen the body and finishes with slow, deep long stretching (Yin postures).

Gentle Flow
