Lunch Fusion Flow

Lunch Fusion Yoga is a class based on two principles;
First, waking up the nervous and physical system,
Second, feeding the system with Prana, the vital life energy.
Through a dynamic flow aimed at energising the body and waking up the mind, the routine supplies the muscles and the brain with oxygen.
The sequence keeps you in continuous movement, creating physical and mental space until reaching a point where energy and relaxation meet.
The series of asanas are sequenced to avoid muscles stress while steadily increasing power towards a peak, to later decrease and release any accumulated tension next to body and/or mind stress.
