In my yoga classes I encourage you to find your limit and not to go over it. You know your own body best and determine how far you go. The most important thing is that you feel room and freedom in your body and mind when you leave the studio.
I have done intensive and high-level sports. A good replacement turned out to be Bikram yoga. I found the combination of intensive physical exertion and movement and the mental challenge, the growth of my perseverance, to be wonderful.
After a physically and mentally difficult period I started to orientate more broadly on the various yoga styles. My interest shifted more towards the Vinyasa, and the combination of Yin/Yang. As a result, I learned to listen to myself and my body better and to be more open to my surroundings. I want to share that experience with others through my lessons.
