Katie is a vinyasa yoga teacher who believes in the idea of yoga for everyone.  Her teaching philosophy is centered on balance, alignment, breath and most of all having a bit of fun! Originally drawn to yoga 10 years ago as a source of exercise and stress reduction, she discovered so much more in her practice: yoga as a total mind-body experience and roadmap to a more peaceful, happier life. She completed her 200-hour teacher training in 2012 in Baltimore, USA. Katie is an avid traveler and has taught yoga in Asia, North America and is excited to now be teaching in Europe. She’s practiced yoga all over the world (Australia, Singapore, Indonesia, Ethiopia, USA, etc.) and infuses all of these different experiences with yoga into her teaching style to create a dynamic and empowering environment in her classes.
