I started practicing yoga in 2007. Before that time I used to dance a lot and I was looking for a way of movement that was less stressful for my body while still offering the physical benefits of dancing.
Turned out I found so much more in yoga; it didn’t take long for me to start practicing several times a week and also discovering the mental benefits. I was amazed by how it improved my health and general state of mind. I loved it so much I decided I wanted to be able to teach myself and so I signed up for the Balanzs Teacher Training, which I completed successfully in May 2017.
What I really hope you’ll take from my classes is a certain level awareness: awareness of how you feel and what you need, both physically and mentally, and that you come closer to finding a practice that is completely your own.K
