As a previous aerobics teacher and current outdoor trainer my focus in yoga started very physically. But I soon discovered that yoga gives you much more than just a physical workout. Yoga gives you mental awareness, strength and focus. I believe in a good balance between (physical) effort and relaxation and yoga for me is exactly that; sometimes a challenge out of my comfort zone, sometimes a moment of peace and space in a hectic life. I believe that yoga is different every time and every day and means something different to everyone. As an outdoor/boot camp trainer and certified (RYT 500) yoga teacher I hope to help others find their balance in life.
