My first introduction with yoga was just a couple of years ago. I started doing yoga not knowing the effect it would have on my body and mind. I was always cold in the winters, and the famous winter blues was always there. When I started doing yoga I found out that is was more then just moving your body and breathe. I was hooked, my body was never cold and I felt alive and in balance.

In started my Teacher Training Vinyasa / Yin yoga at Balanzs in 2018, and ever since i’ve been teaching. My classes are diverse and with a touch of humor. I love to work with a theme in my classes, this is my way of teaching more then just a pose, connecting your emotions to poses.
